New construction, renovations, or replacement projects are primarily performed by our installation or piping crews in office complexes, manufacturing, industrial, or commercial buildings. As a full service mechanical contractor we generally are a one stop contractor meeting all of our customers’ HVAC needs. We have completed major projects consisting of hard bid, time and material, or cost plus jobs. We are proud of our track record of completing projects on time, under budget, and at the best price possible.

STR’s construction division is also concerned about doing their part to help the environment. By taking simple steps to upgrade control systems and HVAC equipment you can save approximately 30-40% in annual energy consumption. We are helping many of our customers “Go Green” by replacing outdated equipment and control systems in order to help them achieve green building certification.
